Orders for delivery via BB Pet Van

  • We have reduced delivery rates to TN8, TN16 & RH7 Postcodes. No deliveries Saturdays or Sundays, please allow 1-2 working days from purchase

  • Please note: Deliveries to Crowborough and surrounding areas are now on a Tuesday.
  • Please note: Deliveries to Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas are now on a Thursday.

  • We deliver to Croydon, Redhill, Crawley, Forest Row and Crowborough and all areas in between on Tuesdays

  • We deliver to Sevenoaks, Swanley, West Kingsdown, Aylesford, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and all areas in between on Thursdays

  • Postcodes covered as below

  • Delivery charges for the following postcodes range from £4.00 to £4.50 dependent on distance and can be selected at checkout: BR1 to 8, CR0, CR2, CR3, CR5, CR6, CR8, RH1, RH2, RH6, RH8, RH9, RH10, RH11, RH16, RH17, RH18, RH19, TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4, TN6, TN7, TN9, TN10, TN11, TN13, TN14, TN15, TN22, ME19, ME20, DA4.

  • Cut-off for van deliveries – Tuesday deliveries – cut-off is on the Monday prior at midday (12pm) – Thursday deliveries – cut-off is on the Wednesday prior at midday (12pm)
  • Delivery is based on a £19.50 minimum total of goods
  • All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery
  • Only 1 order per delivery date accepted, if you want to add to your order please contact us the day before delivery is due and we will see what we can do
  • Deliveries will be carried out as per any current government social distancing guidelines

Orders for Collection at The Paw Store Edenbridge & The Paw Store Lingfield

  • No minimum or maximum weight restrictions, subject to stock levels

  • A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for collection, usually within 48 hours and we do ask that you pick up as soon as you have received your notification as we have limited freezer space to hold orders for any length of time.
  • Edenbridge collection hours are;

10:00 to 14:00 Monday

10:00 to 16:00 Tuesday

10:00 to 14:00 Wednesday

10:00 to 16:00 Thursday

10:00 to 14:00 Friday

10:00 to 14:00 Saturday

CLOSED Sunday

  • Lingfield collection hours are 11:00 to 15:00 (14:30 Sundays) Mon-Sun
