Non-frozen goods are shipped via Royal Mail using their UK Tracked service.

You will have 2/3 options at checkout.

• UK Tracked 24 – This is a 24 Hour service timed from when goods are shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number.
• UK Tracked 48 – This is a 48 Hour service timed from when goods are shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number.
• If your goods total more than £35.00 and the basket weighs less than 2kg you will be given the option of Free Delivery, this is via the UK Tracked 48 service. You will be provided with a tracking number. Free delivery does NOT include Raw Food or Kibble.

Please be aware some items (especially natural remedies from the BB Herbal range) have a preparation time which will impact on shipping times.

We no longer ship Kibble or Disinfectant although these are still available on our local van delivery and click & collect in-store
