We are a friendly independent family business run by wife and husband team Rhiannon and Andy. Having owned and fostered many dogs and cats over the years they each offer a wealth of knowledge and understanding.
Andy, originally with a background in building contract management started BB Pet Supplies over 5 years ago with a view of turning a passion into a business. Mainly dealing with procurement, logistics and finance within the business Andy has also gone on to gain a diploma in Canine Nutrigemonics and adds vital experience in customer support.
Rhiannon has over 10 years’ experience as a Herbalist and Homeopath for animals, in that time she has run her own company producing natural supplements and remedies for not just dogs and cats but also horses and other livestock with her specialty helping animals with intolerances and sensitivities via testing and consultation. Rhiannon has gained diplomas in, Animal Herbalism, Canine Holistic Health & Therapy, Canine Homeopathy, Canine & Feline Nutrition, Animal Aromatherapy and Bach Flower remedies.
Rhiannon is at the present time furthering her knowledge through studying IPET Network level 3 Diploma in Canine Nutrition.
